SHARE Creative: Leadership + Growth

SHARE, a social media agency, emerged from Sprinklr's social listening software, led by Ian Cassidy, who transitioned from Creative Director to CEO.

  • In 2016, Rolls joined as the inaugural NYC agency lead, overseeing the establishment and management of the US office alongside the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

  • Effectively managed accounts for Home Outfitters, Hudsons Bay, Castrol Oil, and Dariush Wines, while also securing new business partnerships with Proactiv, Nestle and Microsoft

Lindsey is an amazing person that quite simply gets stuff done. Her diligence, effort and commitment ensured that SHARE NYC ran optimally. Rolls is a flag-bearer for company values and propositions.

Gretchen Willenberg, Head of Content, POSSIBLE

Rolls jumped into the midst of a large, agile content project with changing scope and very roughly defined guidelines (to be generous). Lindsey’s basically the Katniss Everdeen of content management. I look forward to working with her again.
